Tammy and her staff were absolutely stellar! They assisted me in planning and then took over the execution of our wedding day. I honestly didn't have to think about a thing on our wedding day except getting glammed up and arriving on time! Tammy and her team took care of every detail. Our wedding day was perfect...and the perfect reflection of us as a couple thanks to Special Moments! You are crazy to hire anyone else!!!

Tammy was very professional and she knew what and how she wanted to do our wedding almost instantly. Even when the weather wasn't cooperating, she still had had everything under control. Because of her services, our wedding was one of the best weddings I have ever been to. The guests all agreed also!

Tammy and her team were amazing to work with, from the planning stages to the actual wedding. At first, I didn't think I needed a wedding planner only because I am pretty crafty, a bit of a control freak and I had been planning my dream wedding forever through blogs, tv shows and magazines. I must say, hiring Tammy and her team was the single best decision and expense for our wedding. Not to mention, it is kind of cool to tell people you have a planner. Every time we told someone we have Tammy as a planner, they told us how awesome she was to work with. Because she was so well known, she seemed to have a pull with vendors to get certain things done or better deals. From the initial consultation, she gave us great tips and ideas to help make our day possible. She responded to my countless emails right away. She listened to all of my ideas and helped me decide what was practical, what could be better, or what just wouldn't work. She also kept us on track so we would know when to book vendors and when to start working on certain wedding details. Weeks before the wedding Tammy and Erin went over all of the wedding details and took care of all my last minute DIY projects so that I would not be stressed the week of the wedding. The day of the wedding, I literally did not have to worry about one thing. Tammy, Erin, and Melissa arrived early to set up while my bridesmaids and I just relaxed. We didn't even have to worry about cleaning up at the end because they took care of packing everything up. You only get one chance to have your wedding day. The day goes by so fast that you do not want to waste the day by worrying about little details. Hiring Special Moments allowed me to enjoy every minute of my day as well as enjoy my family, friends and new husband. It is well worth the investment.

I would recommend Special Moments to anyone getting married, with any type of wedding!!! If I could give them a 10+ on everything I would! I hired an event coordinator before I met Tammy, and it wasnt working out - at all (it would have been a disaster). My parents, by divine intervention, met Tammy and Bill, and I knew that was the direction I needed to go in. Tammy did more for me in 1 week than the event coordinator did in the 6 - 8 months that I worked with her. I am SO GRATEFUL Special Moments came into my life when they did because I was so stressed and overwhelmed! Once they stepped in, for the first time, I felt at ease and knew everything would work out. I didnt have to worry anymore. And when I would anyway, Tammy would remind me that there was no need to worry, and there wasnt! Tammy knew I was on a budget and she was able to pull everything off and then some. She saw my vision and made it happen and even added her personal touches which were perfect and more than I couldve asked for! She was able to save me a lot of money that I wouldnt have been able to save otherwise (A LOT). She is extremely experienced, has great contacts, and is really a one-stop shop. I consider her a friend for life. She helped me in more ways than one, and I will alway remain thankful. I wish I could hire her as my life coach to keep me in line on target for every day life! Her and Bill were so kind, generous, considerate, and professional. They made me feel very comfortable, and went above and beyond in every way. She is worth every penny, and then some! Tammy and her staff had worked my sister's wedding in 2009 and when it came to my wedding we didn't have a question in our mind who we would use. Tammy is absolutely wonderful to work with! She is always available, polite, professional and calming :) She new exactly what we wanted and made it happen. Without her there is no way our special day could have gone smoothly. Tammy is very knowledgeable about all things weddings, she was able to give useful tips, suggestions and overall peace of mind. We did not have to worry about all the little things because Tammy and her staff had them done before we even thought of them! Tammy also has a stock room where she has decor items that you can use or help inspire you for what you want on your day. Overall hiring Tammy was the best decision we made for our wedding!

Tammy was the best decision I made for our wedding. She is so understanding,personable and amazing to work with. She made sure everything I wanted happened..Even the little details I totally forgot about..she was on top of everything. Our wedding was beautiful and it really was all thanks to her and her team. She is there for you whenever you need her. So quick to reply to a email or a phone call. She helped de stress me which was exactly what I needed. I would recommend her to every couple getting married! Thank you again Special Moments!

It was so great working with Tammy and her team at Special Moments. Tammy was so wonderful and helpful!! When most brides are stressed the week before the wedding, Tammy took over for me and I didn't have to worry about anything - I knew everything was in great hands. I didn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day, everything was taken care of. I would recommend Special Moments a million times over.

From our initial meeting through the days after our wedding, Tammy Waterman was completely attentive, professional, and wonderful to work with. She listened to us at every step and really worked with us to help refine and express all of our ideas (and we had a million!) She supported our decisions, offered additional ideas, and found ways to be creative both artistically and financially. She kept her eye on our budget and always made suggestions with it in mind. She took care of EVERYTHING and she really was my second hand during the entire planning process. I routinely delegated tasks to her and she just worked everything out. From managing invitations and RSVPS to working with the vendors to creating table numbers that we designed, she just made everything happen. Our wedding was wonderful and I owe it to Tammy and Special Moments. We couldn't have done it without her. I highly recommend the full service package because with all of the little things that popped up from time to time and especially at the last minute, I was able to rely on her to take care of it. Her day of coordination skills are wonderful and she made me so relaxed and comfortable on my wedding day. (Handing me Bacardi & diets was a special touch!) She also took care of a lot of extras and things we threw on at the last minute including renting speakers for an after party we planned a week before the wedding and dropping off catering leftovers to our house after the reception. If you are looking for impeccable service, attention to detail and just a great and genuinely nice person to plan your wedding with, you won't be disappointed with Tammy and Special Moments.

Tammy and her team were absolutely fantastic for all our wedding ceremony details. All I needed to do was tell Tammy my vision and she made it happen! She was also very quick to respond to any questions I had as well as sending me emails just asking how things were going -- which I found was really sweet! Additionally, the entire Special Moments team is laid-back, so friendly and welcoming. They come highly recommended by me and I cannot thank them enough for making my ceremony detail dreams come true! :)

Tammy and the team at Special Moments were truly a blessing for us. Not only did they exceed our expectations, they ensured that everything was taken care of, down to every little detail, so we could enjoy our celebration! I will always remember the moment when I walked out on to the beach and saw the most amazing setup for the beach wedding I always dreamed of...I was speechless. My husband said he would never forget the look on my face when I saw it -- at that moment, he knew everything was going to be smooth sailing! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. We will always be thankful to Special Moments and all the other great vendors involved for such a spectacular and memorable event!!

I can not say enough great things about Tammy. I live in the UK and had my wedding in Tarpon Spring FL. Being based in the UK it was an initial worry about how we were going to get everything together for the wedding. Tammy was fantastic. We commuted via email and she delivered everything we wanted for our wedding and more! She really took note of what we wanted, the colours, themeing etc. She also made great suggestions. She chose a great officiant, chef and recommended great make up people too. The ceremony was seamless and the decoration was top quality. I absolutely loved the candy station she decorated as well as the dining table. Everything looked so pretty and well presented. I truly feel that she made a great effort and as her client she really aimed to pleased. She arrived early and stayed until late. A big thank you to Special Moments!!

To begin to write a review for Krissy at Special Moments almost brings me to tears. If you want to know that you are taken care of on your wedding day and that your vision will be brought to life and that vendors will arrive on time, all information will be passed on to appropriate parties and confirmed, and that you will really have nothing to worry about - you should hire Krissy at Special Moments. I found myself in an unfortunate situation one week before my wedding. Due to unforseen circumstances my previous planner and I parted ways one week before my wedding. Luckily my amazing caterer (the best in the business-Delectable's) first recommendation was Special Moments. Oddly enough, some of my coworkers at HSN also simultaneously were telling me to try to get Special Moments. Under the massive time crunch, I was freaking out. I compiled a 37 page manual to show to Krissy. I thought for sure she would tell me I was crazy. She met with me immediately, but I never felt like she was panicked. She really had less than 7 days to completely familiarize herself with my large amount of vendors (photobooth, coffee, gelato, photo, DJ, caterer, videographer, venue, favors, florist, officiants, etc., etc., etc.) By the time I was able to hit the send button on the email to let the vendors know I had found this awesome planner, they were already on a first name basis with her! Unbelievable. She was the person who was able to let me let go and enjoy my time before the wedding and with my hubby-to-be and my family. My mom and I were able to go get pedicures and drink wine together. I wasn't crying or wondering if Krissy would show up late for an appointment or be a no-show at the wedding. She was just constant and always available..and Smart. I plan corporate events for a living (10 years now) and so I felt that for me to meet someone that can gently point out things I forgot in my planning process (things that she just knows) and ask me questions that I don't know the answers to means to me that she is the best and very experienced with weddings. She knows it inside and out and she took the time to get to know me and my quirks and really talk to me. If I forgot something, she would find it out. If it had a doubt, she would put it to rest. On the day of Krissy and her assistant were a dream. They had a smile on their face and were always on top of taking care of everything! Nothing was forgotten. If anything went wrong, I certainly didn't know about it. My guests said this was the best wedding they have ever been too...now maybe they say that to everyone...but I know it was the best wedding I will ever attend because I married the love of my life and spent time wit my friends and family....and second only to that fact..is the fact that I had Krissy by my side to help. I could not have done it without you and I wouldn't have wanted to. You made the difference between chaos and our idea of perfection. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! The best decision I made was to hire a planner. Tammy got everything *perfect* and totally "got" the vision of my wedding. She thinks about every detail so you don't have to. She's very real and honest and will let you know what things will work. She transformed my reception space into a creative and fun spot. Guests are still raving about the centerpieces and the unique style of everything. Best of all, she did my ceremony decor using her materials and it was GREAT. Definitely give her a call! =D

Tammy was a wonderful asset to have during the stressfull time of wedding planning. She keeps you on track, helps with the planning, organizes the masses, and fills you in on all the little details you never thought of anticipating. I can definitely say, the day of the wedding, the stress level was nonexistant. Tammy handeled everything. She attended to every detail and anticipated all the hiccups. Myself,the groom, my family, and guests didn't have to think about the coordination it took to pull off the event. It just ran smoothly with the special moments team in the backround putting out all the fires. I didn't even know the cops showed up for a noise compliant until after the event. Definitely worth every penny! -One Happy Bride :)
