Sensational Ceremonies

I got married on 5/6 in Jacksonville after planning my wedding from out of town. I was very reliant on Wedding Wire for finding my vendors. I used Sensational Ceremonies after reading reviews and Michele Donovan was our officiant. Michele was wonderful! We met her on a visit to Jacksonville to get to know her (and her us) and to discuss what we wanted for the ceremony. She was professional, warm and welcoming. On our wedding day, she did a wonderful job. We really enjoyed getting to know Michele and having her officiate on our special day. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job Michele!!!! MK and Dave

Lon Tosi from Sensational Ceremonies is just amazing! When we met with Lon we just knew right away he would be the one marrying us. It was so easy to work with him and customizing our ceremony was such a fun experience. He made great suggestions that fit perfect with both my new husband and I :). We couldn't be happier. He truly cared for us and he is just a genuine wonderful person. Lon made sure everything was organized the day of and it was such a beautiful and intimate wedding. One of the most important things to prioritize when planning a wedding is the person who is going to marry you and your significant other. Unfortunately, my fiancée (at the time) and I had no idea who that person was going to be. We aren't overly religious people to begin with, but we wanted someone who would be that spiritual beacon for the both of us. Trusting someone you've never met to do this has "Awkward Bomb" written all over it! Luckily (for us), the venue we were getting married at strongly recommended Rev. Rick. From the moment we met with him for our initial consultation to the last email I got from him wishing us a long, prosperous life together, my wife and I felt extremely comfortable with him, his experience/knowledge of weddings, and how he took charge of his role as Officiant. Of all the people we had the pleasure of working with, Rev. Rick is definitely at the top of the list of one we would strongly endorse. He will make your wedding day his top priority and you will see it right away! Rev. Rick will not disappoint!

We had so much fun working with Rev Rick throughout the whole planning process. He was so responsive and had amazing ideas. Our wedding rehearsal went off perfectly with him there - so glad we booked him for that. He ran the whole thing and everyone felt comfortable with what they should be doing. The wedding day was perfect. The ceremony that we put together with him was beautiful. He was more than we could have asked for - BOOK HIM! Thank you so much!

Reverend Steve Swan with Sensational Ceremonies was wonderful!!! Steve was very professional and personal and made us feel completely at ease from the very first meeting! He gave us several options for our ceremony and we were able to pick out exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend him!!

Reverend Rick from Sensational Ceremonies did such an awesome job with our wedding ceremony on St. Pete beach. He was very professional and we never had to worry about anything when it came to the ceremony! He made the whole process very easy and fun! We would definetly recommend Rev. Rev. Ferguson was awesome! He is the definition of professional, and you can tell he loves his job! He calmed our nerves and really helped us with our ceremony! He has done some amazing ceremonies, and I knew when we met with him that ours was going to be great! He is nothing but awesome! I would suggest him to anyone!!

We had a wonderful experience with Sensational Ceremonies!! Lon Tosi was the officiant we selected and he was very professional. He went out of his way to meet us for our consultation and helped us select a ceremony that was beautiful. Michele Donovan - Making Dreams Come True! I am not sure if there are any words to describe just how FABULOUS Michele is...she almost leaves me speechless! I give her an OFF THE CHART rating :) Our Story: Michele recently married my husband and I on April 7, 2012. We were fortunate enough to be able to cross paths with her thanks to our wonderful and resourceful wedding planner at The Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club....who, by the way, had nothing but positive feedback to give about Michele from a family wedding she had recently attended. From the moment we met Michele, there was an instant connection. She was SO easy to talk to and made us both feel comfortable. (Side note: I had been worried about finding someone to marry us, as my family is Christian and Larry was brought up Jewish...so finding a neutral source who we both connected with so well was a true blessing!) She was the first and last person we considered to marry us...we just had that gut feeling that she was the one who would carry out making our dreams come true. Leading up to the big day, Michele ALWAYS made herself available! She was quick to respond and never left us hanging. Michele has this calm about her (that rubbed off on me & I am sure will rub off on you), it is the calm that all brides need as they are hectically planning a wedding. We used Sensational Ceremonies because we got married Easter weekend, which left us in a bind with finding a pastor to officiate. My sister had also used this vendor last year and we really enjoyed her Ceremony so we checked it out. Pastor Chris Thomas was not only easy to work with but was quite flexible with the scheduling to be able to accommodate our needs while still being able to fulfill the needs of his parish. The Ceremony was just as we wanted and we received excellent feedback from our guests as well!!

Rick Lackore was our officient from Sensational Ceremonies and he was amazing! He was very informative during the consulation and provided us with everything we needed to create an amazing ceremony. He was easy to work with, professional, on-time and fun! He promptly responds to e-mails and phone calls. We were proud to have him perform the ceremony and recommend him to all brides!

Reverand Rick Lackore was excellent. He was professional, responsive, and helpful. He gave my husband and I several ceremony options to choose from, really tried to get to know us and helped us make changes at the last minute. Most importantly, he was extremely organized and always positively upbeat!

My groom and I had such a hard time finding an officiant for our wedding; either our phone calls would go unanswered/unreturned, or the officiant had a different idea of what our wedding should be. When my groom finally contacted Michele Donovan with Sensational Ceremonies, he said it was up to me to decide whether or not she was a fit, as he couldn't fly with me to FL to meet her. If I had any doubts, they were completely dismissed after our meeting. She emphasized that we were able to use the tools she would provide us to create a wedding ceremony that was specific to us, our beliefs, and our traditions. It was perfect! She was so kind and helpful, that it was an easy decision to say yes. She is very dedicated and passionate about what she does, and I would definitely recommend her to other couples!

Pastor Brian Jones with Sensational Ceremonies was a joy to work with! He was so easy going and helpful with his suggestions on putting together the ceremony - it felt like he was an old friend. They have a wonderful selection of material with unique features to help you develop the ceremony of your dreams, and everyone commented on how beautiful our ceremony was. They are extremely professional and Pastor Brian was very responsive to our questions, concerns, etc. We highly recommend Sensational Ceremonies!

Rev. Rick was absolutely the perfect choice for our St Patrick's Day ceremony at the Don Vicente de Ybor Inn! Rev. Rick was very professional, meeting with us beforehand to review what "we" wanted and never pushing an agenda on us, he listened and went beyond our expectations as our officiant, his experience made the whole ceremony run flawlessly, I would highly recommend you consider him for your ceremony, you'll have one less thing to worry about knowing that part of the day is nailed down, I was completely at ease, putting all my trust in Rev. Pastor Brian Jones from Sensational Ceremonies did a wonderful job at our ceremonies. He worked with us to give us the exact ceremony we wanted and did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend him for any engaged couples getting married in Florida.

My fiance and I found Pastor Brian through sensational ceremonies and couldn't be happier. He is so charismatic and kind and it shows through his work. He was prompt with all emails, professional, and helped us figure out our wedding ceremony. Our family and friends are still raving about him and his great sense of humor. He made us feel so at ease the day of the wedding and pulled the whole thing off flawlessly.

I just want to say that Rev Rick was an amazing officiant at our wedding on Saturday March 3, 2012. He is extremely professional, such a kind man, and made everything so easy! From the first e-mail exchange, to the consultation, rehearsal and ceremony, Reverend Rick Lackore's warm, personal approach gave us perfect confidence that we had selected the right officiant. Rev Rick made a sincere effort to get to know us, and that genuine approach was evident at the ceremony. It never felt like he was reading a script. He offered comprehensive on-demand consultation before the wedding for selecting ceremony details. He gave us great recommendations for a ceremony and let us customize them. After we drafted the ceremony, he gave it a final coat of polish. To the last one, our guests complimented how sincere the ceremony was. Highly recommended.

The Officiant for my wedding was Pastor. John Shaw. I am so happy that he was available to marry my husband and I. He was very approachable, warm, and knowledgeable. He was prompt, professional, and performed our ceremony beautifully!
