Although Debbie is not as responsive (via email) as a bride-to-be may hope, everything turned out great. After shopping around, their price could not be beat. All flowers - bouquet, ceremony, reception - were absolutely gorgeous. Debbie listened to what I wanted but also made some suggestions, and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend their services.

Being a destination wedding planned in 3 months, The Flower Girls made it less stressful with their help with floral design. I wanted a French Country felling on the beach, they made it happen! Our photos/video turned out lovely with the selection they helped me come up with. They had it all set up promptly and it helped that they had a good relationship with the venue, Sandbar and Patti. I hated we had to travel back to Indiana without all of the arrangements, but most we were able to bring back! I highly recommend their services to make any special day beautiful!!!

I loved Flowergirls! A friend had recommended them to me when I was planning my wedding. I had very specific requests for my flowers, and of course wanted everything to be perfect. Debbie went above and beyond my expectations. I had so many compliments on my flower arrangements. She was very down to earth and easy to work with thorugh the process. I had a wedding party of 18, so needless to say I was stressed at times, but she always seemed happy to take my calls or meet my request.

When it came to my flowers I really didn't know too much of what I wanted except for the colors I wanted. The flowers on my wedding day were beautiful, creative and more than what I could have come up with. The flowers had little touches like the little charm on my bouquet and pins on the mothers corsages. One of the flowers in my bouquet Debbie was unable to get but made a beautiful substitution. It was a destination wedding and never got to meet Debbie before the day of the wedding, but planning went smoothly through emails and phone calls. A little mix up in pricing/payments that were unclear to me but everything worked out.

I realize my review is quite low compared to other reviewers. Let me tell you why. If you're looking for AWESOME flowers, use Flowergirls. However, be warned that they do not respond very quickly to emails (even when you're trying to pay them the deposit) and Debbie can come off as kind of rude at times. I had a bit of a problem in that I set up in my contract to have the hair flowers delivered to the salon. The day before the wedding they called me to tell me they have never done that and they wouldn't do it. I asked her to reconsider. They eventually brought the flowers to the salon (after Debbie hung up on me in a phone conversation), but we had to wait for them at the salon for over an hour after our hair and makeup were done. In addition, the mothers were supposed to get wristlets and got traditional corsages, but by the time you see your flowers, you are 2 minutes from walking down the aisle and it's too late. The flowers were beautiful and the ceremony site was beautiful as well, but this was not the stress free business transaction I would have liked for my wedding.

Debbie is such a talented and creative floral designer. I had a vision of what I wanted my flowers to look like, but I gave her my ideas and she ran with them. She changed up some things in my bridal bouquet, but I trusted her decision, and the flowers were breathtaking. All of the bridal party bouquets were gorgeous. And the beach ceremony flowers were AMAZING. Wonderful job! I would recommend Flower Girls of Sarasota to any bride!

We just got married March 26th 2011 and the Flower Girls did an amazing job. All of the flowers and the ceremony set up were 100 times more beautiful than I could've imagined! We know these ladies love what they do and they are the best at it! Thank you so much for making my day so beautiful!

Sarasota Flower Girls did an awesome job with the flowers for my wedding. I was super impressed with their creativity and vision. I came to them with nothing more than my wedding colors, the idea that I wanted to use peacock feathers, and all white flowers. We sat down, talked about the day, the dress styles, looked at pictures, and from that they were able to take an idea that was swimming around lost in my head and turn it into an incredible display of beauty. These ladies are awesome and super professional!!

The Flower Girls of Sarasota were awesome they did a beautiful job and everything was ready on time and they were there until the end of the ceremony. The only complaints I had was that the shell for my four year old son to carry the rings in was way to heavy for him and there were roses in the decor (I just don't like roses) however even with the roses everything flowed and it was gorgeous and I loved it. We did all our communicating over email and they nailed it. It was better than I had invisioned.

They were great in almost every way! They were very willing to accommodate my needs and were willing to go above and beyond basic requests. I was an out of town bride and they worked hard to arrange what I needed from them. However, they expected payment by a certain date but didn't get me a total until two days before the due date.

The Flowergirls of Sarasota did an excellent job with the flowers for our wedding. They were extremely responsive, kind, and the cost of the flower set up was right in our budget. The flowers came out more beautiful than I had originally imagined. They did a great job all around and I would recommend their servies to any future couples.

Flower Girls of Sarasota were referred to me by the Sandbar Restaurant on Anna Maria Island (the wedding location), and did an AMAZING job! Everything from the table decor, the ceremony arbor, to the bouquets were absolutely beautiful. I did all of the contacts via email, which sometimes caused slight communication problems, but that could be the case any time when planning a wedding long distance. I would definitely recommend this service to future brides!

Flower Girls were amazing. This was the only thing that I had forgotten to take care of and realized my mistake about a month prior to my wedding. They were able to jump right in and I couldn't believe that from what little I knew about flowers, they were able to transform my jumbled thoughts into something so beautiful. The best compliment was from a Floral Preservationist. She was highly impressed with the work done by Flower Girls, and is currently preserving 2 bouquets and a wrist-let.

Working with the "Flower Girls" was so easy. I was a bride who pretty much had no idea what I wanted, just that it would look good. I spoke with Annie at the Bridal Show in Anna Maria in Feb and then we spoke over the phone and through e-mail. The ladies were always so helpful and had great suggestions. They were also really receptive to any ideas that I had. After all the planning I knew I would have beautiful flowers for my wedding, but when I got to the wedding site on my wedding day I was absolutely blown away. The flowers were so beautiful and the girls did all these little extra touches to make my day so memorable. Everyone at the wedding remarked at not only how beautiful the flowers were, but also how nice the ladies were while they were setting up on the beach. I whole-heartedly recommend the "Flower Girls". I don't think anyone could ever be disappointed! I mean it! They were awesome!!!!!!

As a bride who had very specific ideas in mind, with a limited budget, the Flower Girls of Sarasota worked with me until the design of my beach wedding decor and flowers was perfect yet affordable. My guests raved at the tropical flower-covered beach arch and pathway...and the wedding party's flowers were stunning both at the wedding and in my wedding photos. I highly recommend this vendor!
