We were VERY pleased with Delectables Catering. Everything was perfect for us. The servers were very perfessional and kind. They waited on us (the bride & groom) so promptly and nice. Their set up and displays were organized and beautifully decorated. Food was delicious as we got to try different samples at their monthly food tastings. Try the chicken Camembert :-)

Outstanding service, professionalism, and the food was excellent. I have had many events at my house with various caterers....Delectibles outshines all of them in every aspect. All our guests continued to comment how the severs and bartenders did a perfect job and the food was outrageous...we ate almost all of it. Very impressive company!

Delectables was a delight to work with. They were extremely caring and professional. Great enthusiam. They set up our buffet to fit our theme perfectly & went beyond to help with set up. I had so many compliments on the food. I would definately use them again and refer them to anyone.

From the beginning, Delectables and their team (Marilyn and Jean) were nothing but helpful from food choices, tasting appts, and even pictures of previous events! They were so accommodating of my needs (particular linens, signs that I wanted, napkin colors, etc) and all my last minute changes due to the rain! All my guest still talk today about how great all the food was too (and I have been to many events where people talk about the typical "catered food that wasn't really anything special")!!! You can really put your full trust in them for an exceptional job!!! I highly highly recommend them! I will definitely be using you guys again for any further catering needs! THANKS A MILLION!

Delectables was absolutly amazing! We had hired another caterer for our weddding and the week before the wedding we had to switch. Delectables came to the rescue. Within one week we got our menu finalized, contract signed and every detail set up. Our wedding was at 10:30 am and we had a breakfast menu including made-to-order omelts, waffels and spirial ham. The food was devine!

Delectables was a great company to do business with. They were very accomidating when it came to changing main course dishes and renting additional tables that my venue did not have available for my use. There tasting were great, they always offered a large variety of dishes to try. I would highly recommend this company for wedding or any special event you may have.

I can't say enough about Delectables Catering. From the beginning they were wonderful to work with, happy to answer any questions I had and willing to work with any special requests I had. The food was also incredible - we had so many compliments about our food. The staff working our wedding was so friendly and accommodating, making our reception even that much better. We had a few friends and family that had special dietary restrictions, and Delectables was happy to work with us to ensure we had food that everyone could enjoy. I would highly recommend Delectables to anyone looking for a caterer - the food and the staff were top-notch.

I was referred to Delectable's from Tammy Waterman at Special Moments, and THANK GOODNESS! We had been to several tastings, and had several quotes (this was before we hired Special Moments, in which having hired her first we couldve saved so much time!). Delectable's blew everyone away by far! They worked with me, and our budget, and we got everything we wanted and more! We wanted something different than a regular buffet so we went with stations. Everyone LOVED everything, the way it was presented, and most importantly - they way it tasted. My Matron of Honor and my step-son STILL talk about the mashed potato bar! It was delicious, and I heard there was a lot of "second's" going on. Everything was cooked perfect, served hot, with a smile. We got a great price, with great quality, which we werent finding anywhere else. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone having any kind of event. A neat thing they do, is have tastings open to the public on Sundays. We went, and knew right away this was the caterer we wanted for the wedding. It was well worth it!! I would use them with any future event in need of a caterer!

My husband and I used Delectables to cater our rehearsal dinner on Saturday, March 17th, 2012. It was wonderful! The food was delicious and their service was outstanding. Everyone was very nice and always very attentive to our requests. I booked the event with Jean, who was always very helpful. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality of food/ service that they provide. I would recommend Delectables 100% for any event, and certainly plan to use them again in the future!

My husband and I were thrilled with the service we received from Delectables Catering at our March 3rd 2012 wedding . The staff was friendly and professional. The servers had even saved some appetizers from the cocktail hour for us while we were taking pictures. The food was delicious and we received endless compliments on the menu. The salmon, smoked gouda au gratin potatoes and vegetable risotto were all big hits at the wedding with the guests. The presentation of the food was beautiful. We received several compliments from guests stating that the food did not taste like typical "catered wedding food". We also went through Delectables catering to do our liquor catering as well. The price for the open bar was unbelievably reasonable!! There were no complaints about anything and we would highly recommend Delectables to anyone in need of a caterer!

Great food. Recommend the chicken boursin, people are still talking about how good it was. Reasonably priced options.

Delicious!!!!!! My father was a chef and has a very particular view on how food should be presented and taste. We went to a few places with different tastings but Delectable's blew us away! Their tasting included a wide variety of selections at full size. It is a chef owned company and they know how to put out a spread. We got so many compliments during the reception about how wonderful the food was. Many of our guest expressed that it was much more than they expected and that wedding food is normally bland and cold but everything was the right temperature and delicious. We had the prime rib carving station and the pasta station with chicken and seafood. For desert we skipped cake and had a banana's foster and cheery jubilee station. Our guest were blown away! We also received an ice sculpture that was just the right touch! After the reception the staff packed up all the left over food and gave it to us to take home. The quality of the food and service is worth the price. We couldn't have been happier!

All we can say about Delectables and their staff is WOW!!!! Our small wedding was elegant, professionally prepared and served without a single hitch! Everyone involved, from Marilyn our planner to the serving staff who made our reception perfect, were an extreme pleasure to deal with. After spending 21 years in bartending, I was a bit nervous about all the details but the Delectables staff put my mind at ease and were phenomenal!! Their pricing is extraordinary and beat their competitors hands down - especially when you see what you get. My husband and I cannot wait to have a party just so we can use them again!

Everyone raved about the food at our wedding! Delectables was very accommodating with both our menu and the way we wanted our food presented. The only drawback was that we were too busy at our wedding to really eat and forgot to bring to go containers to take things home!

I I can't not even begin to explain how happy we are with our choice to use Delectables for our Wedding! Laurie went above and beyond to help us throughout the process of selecting everything for our wedding and we were thrilled to see how it all turned out on our big day. Even though they were much more budget friendly than other places we looked into, that didn't effect the quality of their food or service. We got nothing but compliments on the food and the wait staff from all our guest. Throughout the night the staff went out of their way checking to make sure we ate and everything was okay with our food. I especially appreciated that they saved us food from the cocktail hour to taste at our table since we missed it while we were taking pictures!

Food was delish! Service was great, prices were great! We were allowed to go to as many tastings as we wanted to so we could be sure on our food selection. All of our guests were pleased with the sit down dinner, including myself!

Delectables was AMAZING! In every sense of the word. I have never been to a wedding where the food was above average. Nor did I ever talk about the food unless it was just that bad. EVERYONE at our wedding commented on how good ALL the food was. Different people had different favorites but they all loved the food! I could not believe all the positive feedback we were getting! It was definitely the best wedding food I have ever had. Their pricing is fantastic. We had such a tight budget but we pulled out a full bar for the night, prime rib and three other stations along with a ice sculpture of a vase!!! I highly recommend Delectables! I also recommend you go to their tasting - they do one, once a month. It's what really sold me. They do a large buffet which really calmed my nerves about mass produced food. It all...

There is no reason not to use this caterer for your event -- they are outstanding! My guests raved about the food!!! They arrived on time, provided perfect service, provided me with full explanatiion, and calmed my nerves. Their food is delicious and the presentation is a feast for the eyes. Other caterers offer chicken wings and pinwheels for near the same prices. They have a creative menu to choose from. They have wonderful bar packages (we chose the bar set-ups and we provided liquour/wine/beer). Their servers are delightful -- loved Susan; and Julio, our supervisor was a workhorse and a professional in all ways! Marilyn, our catering sales coordinator was a great help in designing our package around our budget. The tasting events are wonderful -- ask the servers for suggestions and what people like the most. This helped us in arranging the ideal menu. Not one bad comment about DFC. USE THEM! Mother of the Groom and I planned everything, because bride and groom are both 3L in law school. Great wedding and the guests had only wonderful comments.
