Delicious!!!!!! My father was a chef and has a very particular view on how food should be presented and taste. We went to a few places with different tastings but Delectable's blew us away! Their tasting included a wide variety of selections at full size. It is a chef owned company and they know how to put out a spread. We got so many compliments during the reception about how wonderful the food was. Many of our guest expressed that it was much more than they expected and that wedding food is normally bland and cold but everything was the right temperature and delicious. We had the prime rib carving station and the pasta station with chicken and seafood. For desert we skipped cake and had a banana's foster and cheery jubilee station. Our guest were blown away! We also received an ice sculpture that was just the right touch! After the reception the staff packed up all the left over food and gave it to us to take home. The quality of the food and service is worth the price. We couldn't have been happier!

All we can say about Delectables and their staff is WOW!!!! Our small wedding was elegant, professionally prepared and served without a single hitch! Everyone involved, from Marilyn our planner to the serving staff who made our reception perfect, were an extreme pleasure to deal with. After spending 21 years in bartending, I was a bit nervous about all the details but the Delectables staff put my mind at ease and were phenomenal!! Their pricing is extraordinary and beat their competitors hands down - especially when you see what you get.My husband and I cannot wait to have a party just so we can use them again!

Everyone raved about the food at our wedding! Delectables was very accommodating with both our menu and the way we wanted our food presented. The only drawback was that we were too busy at our wedding to really eat and forgot to bring to go containers to take things home!

I I can't not even begin to explain how happy we are with our choice to use Delectables for our Wedding! Laurie went above and beyond to help us throughout the process of selecting everything for our wedding and we were thrilled to see how it all turned out on our big day. Even though they were much more budget friendly than other places we looked into, that didn't effect the quality of their food or service. We got nothing but compliments on the food and the wait staff from all our guest. Throughout the night the staff went out of their way checking to make sure we ate and everything was okay with our food. I especially appreciated that they saved us food from the cocktail hour to taste at our table since we missed it while we were taking pictures!

The food was amazing! We tried a few other caterers, and we liked them the best. The price was also great! The servers were fantastic!!!!

There is no reason not to use this caterer for your event -- they are outstanding! My guests raved about the food!!! They arrived on time, provided perfect service, provided me with full explanatiion, and calmed my nerves. Their food is delicious and the presentation is a feast for the eyes. Other caterers offer chicken wings and pinwheels for near the same prices. They have a creative menu to choose from. They have wonderful bar packages (we chose the bar set-ups and we provided liquour/wine/beer). Their servers are delightful -- loved Susan; and Julio, our supervisor was a workhorse and a professional in all ways! Marilyn, our catering sales coordinator was a great help in designing our package around our budget. The tasting events are wonderful -- ask the servers for suggestions and what people like the most. This helped us in arranging the ideal menu. Not one bad comment about DFC. USE THEM! Mother of the Groom and I planned everything, because bride and groom are both 3L in law school. Great wedding and the guests had only wonderful comments.

Food was delish! Service was great, prices were great! We were allowed to go to as many tastings as we wanted to so we could be sure on our food selection. All of our guests were pleased with the sit down dinner, including myself!

Delectables was AMAZING! In every sense of the word. I have never been to a wedding where the food was above average. Nor did I ever talk about the food unless it was just that bad. EVERYONE at our wedding commented on how good ALL the food was. Different people had different favorites but they all loved the food! I could not believe all the positive feedback we were getting! It was definitely the best wedding food I have ever had.Their pricing is fantastic. We had such a tight budget but we pulled out a full bar for the night, prime rib and three other stations along with a ice sculpture of a vase!!!I highly recommend Delectables! I also recommend you go to their tasting - they do one, once a month. It's what really sold me. They do a large buffet which really calmed my nerves about mass produced food. It all tasted great!!

We were very pleased with Delectables from beginning to end. They were helpful, professional and did everything to make our wedding day special. The food was incredible! We received many compliments. It would be very difficult to pick a favorite, but we especially loved the Seafood Shooters. The food presentation was beautiful! They used our colors and followed the theme of our wedding. We really appreciated the great service from the chef and the servers. We were amazed at getting so much for the money we paid. It couldn't have been more perfect. We highly recommend Delectables.

Delectables Catering recently catered our wedding reception. The entire staff was amazing, and the food was even better! The entire week after the wedding I even had people commenting on how good the food was. Leading up to the event, the staff worked with us to determine the best menu and was very accomodating to every change or addition we made. I would definitely recommend them for your event...you won't be disappointed!

I met with Delectables a few months before our wedding. We were unable to attend their once a month tasting but they arranged a private tasting for us. I worked with Marilyn from day 1 and she was such a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail was remarkable.They were so accommodating and I’m so grateful for this. They worked with us in creating a tasty menu, and adhering to our dietary guidelines, and even allowed us to prepare a special dish. The food was tasty and they were so professional. Our guests raved about the food and said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Even our vendors raved about the food. My husband and I did eat at our wedding and we loved it. The food was served piping hot and the hor dourves were a big hit with the guests. We provided the vegetarian entre and they served it without any problem. Delectables did such an awesome job. They cut and served the cake, provided an ice sculpture and assigned a server to me and my husband. We had so much food. We had some food left over at the end of the night and I forgot about packing Tupperware. This was not a problem for them, they packed up the leftovers in disposable containers and we were able to have someone take them home for us. Everything was perfect and they were a pleasure to work with.

The ice sculpture was awesome. They carved my husband’s boat, "The little buddy" out of ice. Huge hit!

Delectables Catering was great. They decorated the wedding reception room and it looked like something out of a wedding magazine. The food was fantastic especially for the value. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs catering. Thanks

I was a destination bride, planning my wedding from my computer in New York state. Marilyn was amazing to work with. She was prompt and efficient with every email and phone call. She was a wealth of information and made me feel very confident in the catering. The result was amazing customer service and mouth watering food at our cocktail hour and reception. Everyone was raving about how delicious our food was. Also, we booked the alcoholic beverages through Delectables -- and that was very easy to do. Booking Delectables was a fabulous decision. One of the servers even met me outside of our reception venue when I arrived with my new husband on our Jolley Trolley -- she helped me wipe the sand off of my feet to put on my heels. So nice. I can't say enough about Delectables and the staff, and customer service.

Delectables was absolutely the BEST! I can say NOTHING other than than they completely delivered. Delicious food, at the right temperatures, displayed extremely nicely, a very friendly staff, and everyone raved about the food -- from the amount, to the display, to the taste. THE BEST. I was totally impressed. 'Nuf said.

Delectables was an absolute pleasure to work with! Marilyn was on top of EVERYTHING and helped me plan out the perfect menu for my wedding on 10/1. Everyone raved that it was pretty much THE BEST 'wedding food' they have ever had - especially the Chicken Boursin! The set up was extremely classy, our ice sculpture rocked, and the late night cookies were delicious! I definitely recommend the chicken boursin, the deluxe pasta bar (guests LOVED it) and adding the ice cream sundae bar - who doesn't love ice cream and cake! We did not go through them for our cake (check out my review of Chocolate Pi!) but they cut and served the cake for me at no extra charge! It truly was a magical experience and the food was extremely memorable. I definitely plan on using them again for any catering event I have! You CANNOT go wrong with Delectables!

I used delectables fine catering for my rehearsal dinner. Donna Young is very professional and is well informed on my status, i placed a deposit for our wedding reception but we changed venue and we cant bring vendors so Delectables was very professional to convert it into providing food for the rehearsal dinner. The food was very delicious and my guests were very pleased how tasty the food and the viennese platter was a hit. Donna and Marilyn thank you so much. I really recommend this vendor.

Really appreciated the staff's hard work, courtesy, and professionalism. Can't say enough about Jim and his crew...all were hard workers and a pleasure to be around. Food was excellent! Gotta give an A+ rating.

Marilyn and the staff at Delectables were awesome! They played a HUGE part in my wedding, and they do a lot more than just bringing the food. It was definately worth it. Everything went so smoothly! The food is very good, I would recommend the chateaubriand. So tender and flavorful! I just loved it! I went to quite a few tastings at other caterers, and Delectables was by far the best! I'm very happy with the way everything turned out and I will definately recommend them to anyone needing catering services and use them for myself in the future!

As I sit here basking in the glow of married life and munching on a 4-day old stuffed mushroom leftover appetizer and still delicious bit of chicken marsala as I write thank you cards, I realize how lucky I was to find Marilyn Chapman and Delectable's Catering. Delectable's is the best in the area and believe me I priced many options, went to many tastings, and was tired by the end of it and then I met Marilyn at Delectable's. Quotes were provided immediately, they were updated based on changes I requested time and time again, and never once did Marilyn make me feel like I was annoying her or she didn't have time for me. She provided advice that I found incredibly useful. The prices are incredible and the portions even better!My wedding was a sit down for 140 people and they are picky people to please. The guests included no salt requests, vegetarians, kosher, and everything else you can think of. No problem. Delectable's always met each need with a smile and professionalism that you rarely see in the world today. They provide the freshest ingredients and I heard all my guests rave about the food! Not one complaint. And the service at thew edding was amazing! They even did a manatee ice sculpture, since manatees are my favorite animal!!!!!!!The last week of my wedding I had a crisis with my original wedding planner and Marilyn was able to recommend Krissy at Special Moments. She even made a phone call to her friend to explain my situation and desperation. I expect people to assist when you hire them for a service, but when I desperately approached Marilyn for advice, she went the extra mile to help me. That is not service, that is a friend. You can't pay for that kind of feeling, that kind of true kindness. I am forever grateful! Thank you so much.
