I was skeptical about Cheri Bloom when we went into their shop a couple of times. They didn't seem to be service oriented, however we decided to rent our tuxedos from them. It worked out well because the shop is close to where we live. They had the type and color tuxedo we were looking for at a good price. The rental went smoothly, and the quality of service was average, however the shop lacks in customer service skills. There was only one employee we encountered that was friendly. The day before the wedding my mom had to go into the shop to pick something up. When she got ready to leave, she was blocked in by a UPS truck. Upon being in a rush to enter the shop, she tripped on an incline outside the back door. When she got inside, the UPS driver was talking and laughing with three employees in the front of the shop. My mom was upset by the fall and firmly asked him to move. She mentioned that she had fallen. None of the employees asked if my mom was okay or spoke a word to her. The UPS driver was defensive, but went out to move his truck. After the wedding when my mom took the tuxedos back, she mentioned to the two employees working about the incident with the UPS driver. She wanted to make certain the employees knew that she wasn't finding fault with anyone working that day for the UPS driver's attitude and for blocking her in. One employee said nothing and the other one defended the driver saying how good he had been to them. In addition, there still was no concern over the serious fall my mom took outside the back door of their shop. Fortunately my mom was able to get through my wedding before she was greatly impacted by the fall. A business that is professional would have shown concern and friendliness to their customer. If all you need is a tuxedo rental, they will do an average job. However, I'm glad I didn't purchase my dress from them. If you're looking for outstanding top notch service and friendliness, buy your wedding dress from the Honey Pot Bridal and Tuxedo Boutique in Largo. That's where I bought mine.

We rented the tuxedoes for our wedding here and the staff was very hands on & gracious to work with. They knew how to handle any problem that came up because my 15 month old son was our ring bearer & when the shirt came in that was too big they were able to quickly fix the issue. Also if your having trouble finding your wedding jewelry make sure you check out their inventory because I had scoured over 15 stores for my bridal jewelry & was able to pick out a very fashionable & great priced set (necklace & earrings). The service here is above & beyond.

I am VERY happy that I found this quaint little store in New Port Richey. After searching at a few bridal shops for my bridesmaids dresses I had finally found a place that had the style I was searching for. I wanted a more formal cocktail look and there were plenty of options, along with other styles, to choose from. I also wanted my flower girl dress to look similar to the bridesmaid dress so the store ordered extra fabric that was the same type/kind of the bridesmaids. On the wedding day, the girls in my bridal party looked absolutely beautiful! My only complaint is the store hours.

When looking for my wedding dress, I think I visited just about every bridal dress store in the Tampa Bay area, and tried on what felt like hundreds of dresses. I was ready to give up and go shopping in the Orlando area for my dress, but decided I would try one last store, Cheri Bloom. By the time I visited Cheri Bloom, I knew exactly what I wanted and was very clear with the style of dress I was looking for. I worked with Kellie and together, we were able to pick out some dresses for me to try on and I was able to narrow it down to 2 final choices. A few weeks later, I visited the shop again with two of my bridesmaids to show them the 2 dresses. While there, they were having a Saison Blanche trunk show and Kellie convinced me to try on one of the dresses that were there. The neckline on it wasn't what I wanted so I was hesitant to try it on, but Kellie told me I could always have it altered into a different neckline and that she thought it would look great on me. I am so glad she convinced me to try it on because it ended up being the dress of my dreams!! I did end up getting the neckline altered by their seamstress, Elba, who did a phenomenal job in transforming the dress into something unique and fit to my specifications in under 10 days! I also ordered all my bridesmaid dresses from Cheri Bloom. Even though most of my bridesmaids live out of state, the ladies at Cheri Bloom made the ordering and shipping process very easy for me and my girls. I absolutely love Cheri Bloom and am sad that I don't need to order any more formal dresses! They also have a beautiful collection of shoes and accessories, and I bought two stunning headpieces from them as well! :)

I would recommend Cheri Bloom in an instant. They were fabulous from day one. They know you by name, and they are very cordial every time. If you need anything, they are right there to help, and always with a smile.They never rushed you for anything, and it was always one on one service. Fantastic group of people who work there and love what they do.

This place gave me the hardest time of all my wedding planning. I was extremely disappointed in cheri bloom. I got my wedding dress here, my jewelry, my veil, my bridesmaids dresses, the mother of the bride dress and the groomsmens tuxes. My dress was in sooo late, they didn't want to help out any with that, they dyed my sisters shoes and her shoe dye was coming off everywhere, there was no organization, they ordered my bridesmaids dresses much later then they were supposed to. I would not recommend this bridal shop to anyone.

Cheri Bloom was the second place I tried on dresses, and the service was better than any place I had been. My mom and I even went to C C's boutique in Tampa and the service at Cheri Bloom was way better. They offer you drinks, and allow you to take your time shopping. It was a great beginning to the wedding planning process, and my dress was unlike anyone elses I have seen so far! I love the girls at Cheri Bloom!!!

I went to several bridal shops in the area. Cheri Bloom, was the only one who really listened to what I was looking for. She picked out about 5 gowns. for me to try on..... it only took 2 of the 5 she picked out for me to find the ONE!!!!! .Not only did I find my gown there but I found my shoes too. Plus they were on clearance. We will go back to Cheri Bloom for my next formal occassion which should be my daughters wedding in 2010. I won't bother shopping anywhere else. Thank you!
