CC's is the BEST! I have been to numerous places... and was very discouraged and frustrated with the selection and quality of gowns. A friend recommended that I go to CC's and I am so GLAD that I did. It was the best experience! Marilyn was my sales associate and she was excellent, through, and could envision my vision for myself and my gown. She was upbeat, positive, and spot-on when it came to choosing dresses. The third dress I tried on was "MY PERFECT DRESS". I felt beautiful and was quickly fascinated by its materials and shape. The building is beautiful, comfortable, and angelic. If you are serious about finding your perfect dress go to CC's. They have it ALL!!! Forget David's and Jon's... all they have is cookie-cutter dresses! Guess you can tell how excited I am about my dress huh? :)

The staff at CC's Boutique have all been very sweet and friendly. I had been to a few different places before finding them and was tired of having sales personnel trying to pressure me into a dress. That was not the case at CC's. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though I did not give the clearest description. I've gone back a few times for fittings and with my bridesmaids and the staff there has always been great. They also gave a discount to my bridesmaids since I chose their dresses there as well. All in all, a great experience.

Anyone leaving cc's with a bad experience blows my mind. They were the BEST! I had literally looked at 100's of dresses and each store was a nightmare. I went into several stores and didn't even try anything on because the service/selection was poor. I was so picky that It was down to only 3 months before the wedding and still no dress. I thought I was so sqrewed. I am still not sure how the girl was able to work her magic, but she was able to find me a sweetheart top, layered lace, scalopped hemmed gown that could be in 1 month before my wedding even leaving time for alterations! Not to sound too bridezilla but I went to school for fashion design and the dress, for me, was one of the most important things that I cared about. I am really specific about quality and fit. Some stores found my "specifics" for a dress obnoxious and that I was being too picky. Not cc's and the 3rd dress she showed me is the 1 that I got. It's like she was really listening to me! In my mind the sweet staff at cc's saved my dream wedding. And my mom found the perfect mother of the bride dress on our way out, and they gave me a discount. THIS PLACE IS A DREAM!

I bought my dress at CC's boutique. I absolutely love my Amsale gown and CC's offers a beautiful selection of many designers. I worked with Leslie, who I highly recommend. She was sweet and patient with me and found some beautiful dresses once I determined what I was looking for. I would definitely work with her. My dress was a fantastic deal, but I rated a 4 for value because I thought the cost of alterations, bustling, and pressing was a little excessive. I was also disappointed that after buying my dress and getting alterations there, they wouldn't press my dress automatically. Many boutiques would include that and I found it tacky that this one would not. It made me feel like they were more concerned with making a profit than with customer service. Despite that, I loved working with the employees, and the woman who made the alterations on my gown did it perfectly. I only had to have one fitting before picking it up. I also noted a 4 for flexibility because they would not do fittings on Saturday. I live out of town so that was difficult for me to arrange, but I wanted to go there because I knew their seamstresses were talented and familiar with the lace on my dress.

This was the only place I could find that had a GREAT selection of wedding gowns. I also was impressed (being a bigger bride) that they didn't just have sample sizes in size 0-8 only. It was nice to be able to actually try things on. I was a little disappointed because, and I think they meant well, but they advised me to get a gown that fit my hips better than my waist and bust. I got the bigger size (even though the sample size fit me like a glove), and my dress did end up being bigger (even after alterations) than I wanted it to be. It was fine in the hips, but i had to have both the waist and bust seriously altered. The alterations caused the dress to not look as great as it could've had I just ordered a size down. I did NOT use their alterations department, however, so perhaps that was my mistake.

I found this shop and staff to be attentive to a brides needs and very able to alter a dress or deal with last minute issues that could potentially have been a problem.

My wedding dress is from here, and I couldn't be happier.
Monica helped me with everything, I couldn't find anything that I like, I told her my style, and 2 weeks later she called me that she had the perfect dress, and she was right!
I am really happy with them and with the job of...

I loved my dresses, both wedding and bridesmaids. My veil almost didn't make it on time but they fight to have it here in time for me. Everyone there was awesome to me, but they were very rude to one of my bridesmaids the day before my wedding when her dress wasn't ready. All in all I had a great experience with them.

Thank you SOOOO much Monica and the staff at CC's!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dress!!! It is totally the opposite of what I was searching for (way back in February when I first came in)... but it really brought my day together and it was what I had dreamed of for my wedding in the garden!!! Monica was fun and she really knew what would look good on me!! She really did find the dress that was me... The dress was within budget and there were no 'hidden' costs for anything!!! Every appointment was on-time and super fun and professional!!! They gave me time with the dress each appointment so I could put the whole "ensemble" together from head to toe!!! It was an AMAZING experience and I wouldn't recommend ANY other place!!!! (I did visit a few others...)

I absolutely loved buying my dress at CC's. The staff there was extremely friendly. I actually went in to try dresses on and wanted to come back to show different family members before making my purchase and they were very accommodating. I purchased my dress, it arrived exactly when they said it would. I ended up having them do some minor alterations to the gown and all of the alterations came out perfectly!

I found a very reasonable dress here. There prices range from low to very high. I just found sometimes their attitude was a little stuck up especially when I brought someone to look at the dress with me and they gave an opinion the sales women had a attitude with that person. They came through with my dress but messed up the order on my bridesmaids dresses. They did come in right before wedding and they didn't charge me an up charge for them. Overall nice place but kinda pricey with alterations and accessories.

I had a great overall experience at CC's. I purchased a beautiful lace Maggie Sottero dress for much less than I expected to pay and they even gave me a gift certificate that nearly covered the entire price of my veil. I especially loved that I could leave the dress at the shop until the day before the wedding, as I didn't have a good place to store it at home. The consultants were always friendly to me. Kathy, who did my alterations, was great even though my dress put up quite a fight about being bustled. I will note that the day I picked up my dress (the day before the wedding), everyone seemed to be in a hurry and against my better judgment, I didn't insist on putting the dress on again and having my maid of honor try to bustle it herself (she was there for the bustling lesson but it was actually Kathy who did all the hooks). The day of the wedding, it took my maid of honor, a bridesmaid, and my coordinator 45 minutes and they still couldn't get the bustle to work right as all the hooks kept coming undone. In fairness, the instructions did say to use pliers to secure the hooks. In the end, my coordinator used about 2 dozen safety pins just to get the dress off the ground so it wasn't as pretty as when Kathy had bustled it but I was able to dance all evening. Overall, I'm happy I went to CC's but make sure you are 100% comfortable with everything before you leave.

I was thrilled they were a huge retailer of the designer Pronovias and they had the exact gown I wanted. My sales consultant was very knowledgeable about other dresses that would suit my body type and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. When it came time for alterations, I did not get to work with the same consultant to have as a second eye, which would have helped. I was assigned a seamstress who was not that pleasant and did not seem to care about my problem areas and did not offer any solutions as to how to make it better, only that she could finish her hour appointment with me on time. The alterations came out decent in the end, but were pricey. Would recommend for purchase and alterations, just don't be afraid to speak your mind to your seamstress to make sure they understand your needs for the dress.

I was very happy with my dress & experience at CC's! Even though my drive was about an hour each way- it was worth it to me to go to only the best in Tampa/St.Pete for my one & only wedding dress! As a very much "OCD" personality I was very happy with everything. I did go over budget as I didn't love anything in my original price range but in the end it was worth it to me to find "the one". My wedding guests complimented me over & over about my dress and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out! I not only purchased my dress here but also had alterations done as well which were what really made my dress "MY" dress! Sooo pleased and will definitely send all of my friends here in the future :)

I bought my dress from CC's and it was the most beautiful dress I have ever seen in my life. Everyone at my wedding seemed to agree. I couldnt believe all the compliments I got. CC's is a great shop, they have tons of dresses and designers and the girls that work there are really great. My main girl was Katie and she was wonderful. She was very sweet and helpful to anything I needed. I also got my bridesmaid dresses from there and they were gorgeous. I found them somewhere else for a better price and CC's had no problem matching it.

CC's boutique was not my best experience as a professional bridesmaid which I have become over the past year. With that said, I won't be referring any newlyweds to CC's any time soon. Let's just start with customer service. My initial conversation with a CC's rep on the phone truly set the stage for what was to come. I called in to order my bridesmaid dress that the bride had picked out. I had a measuring tape in one hand and the size chart open on the computer during my call. Please mind you I am a very small frame (typically a size "0" in most cases). When I spoke to the rep and requested she order the size 2 (the smallest size made by that dress company), she hesitated and told me that I should come in to be measured as if she did not believe I was the size I stated to be. So, I took time off work to go in to be measured and once measured- SURE ENOUGH, size 2!!! Dress was ordered, and I was on my way.
Next, I went in to pick up the dress when it arrived over a month prior to the wedding day- fit great! It just needed a minor hem and a small side stitch to tighten up the strapless top that I so desperately need help filling out. She originally quoted the bride $35 for alterations on the bridesmaid dresses. Well, my invoice, on a well-fitting dress came to $50 without pressing. OK, so what the heck, what's an extra $15 dollars on an already $200 dress (with the generous 10% discount given to the bride upon ordering), no big deal. I paid, and again went on my merry way. The bride on the other hand was quoted $175 for alterations on her gown, but when the dress came in, the invoice was $480 almost half of what she paid for the entire dress)- CRAZY! Needless to say, she took her gown elsewhere and had the same alterations done for under $200.
One month later and 3 days before the wedding day, no call from CC's. I tried to reach them during their business hours for a day, but it just kept ringing, and ringing and ringing. Next day, called and reached someone who needed to check and see if the dress was ready, really- 3 days before the wedding, you need to check if the dress is ready? Well, she called me back an hour later letting me know the dress had been finished and was ready for pick up. When I told her that I could not pick it up that day, and I was sending my husband, she said he would have to call prior to picking it up to make sure someone was available to bring the dress down to him. Whatever they want, let's just get this over with. He was kind enough to pick up the dress as I do not want to waste another minute of my time in that factory of a "bridal boutique."
The moral of the story is customer service here. This was not my best experience. I wish it could have been better, but unfortunately it was not. I do not recommend this store to anyone looking to get married, and bridesmaids, don't expect the red carpet to be rolled out. You might as well take a number at the door upon entering just like you do at the DMV. They are looking to roll you in and out as quickly as possible. The best advice I can give is go to Malindy Elene just down the street to be treated right.

CC's did a great job helping me find the perfect dress I was looking for. I almost didn't try it on because of the way it looked on the hanger but she convinced me otherwise - and I was so happy I did!! Even alterations went really well & I loved that they held my dress there until I was ready to pick it up!

I was late for my first appointment at CC’s because of a terrible accident on the interstate, but when I finally arrived at the store, the ladies were very understanding. We dove right in since CC’s would be closing soon. My main consultant was Maggie (who doesn’t work there anymore and I only worked with her at the first appointment) and Tracey was helping her. Each time I went to CC’s Tracey was a HUGE help. She was so friendly, patient, and made me feel beautiful and comfortable about everything. I found my dress that first appointment but wanted to bring my Mom back with me before purchasing it. When my Mom and I returned, Tracey helped us and I was able to buy my ideal dress and veil at CC’s. Their prices are reasonable and it’s such a nice boutique compared to some of the other chains. Kathy did my alterations and she did a wonderful job. Definitely visit CC’s to look at wedding gowns!

I got my dress at CC's Boutique. I got it at a new years clearance for 50% off the original price. I ended up paying the same price for a designer gown that I would have spent the same amount at David's Bridal. I had help from Marie finding a dress. I told her what I wanted, she picked up a dress, and it was PERFECT! The dresses may be a little pricey usually, so look for when they have sample gown sales! It's worth it!
