Catering By Robert

Catering by Robert took charge. They did all of the catering and room decour. At first I was very worried thinking that I would be too hard to please and not sure if anyone could live up to my expectations. Well I was very wrong. Our wedding exceeded our expectations. Our guests were amazed by our event. The food was excellent and they turned our blank canvas room into a elegant, romantic palace. A special Thanks to Brad, who has not only been a friend of mine for years, but who has an amazing talent for that special touch on any Brides day. He kept in contact with me throughout the past year. He talked me though all of my doubts and worries and always stayed so positive. On wedding day he arrived to our hotel to bring our bridal bouquets early for the photographer, which was out of his way and set him behind schedule, but he did it anyway and with a smile. Also when he arrived to our room I was crying because it started raining and he assured me that it would be o.k. and that he had never been rained out. He also talked my Maid of Honor through her speech, who was horrified. Susan, Brad and the rest of their crew are wonderful. I could not have been happier with the way our wedding turned out and words just cannot express how thankfull we are for making our day absolutely perfect.

Susan and her staff did a fabulous job at our wedding. Every single guest raved about how good the food was...and that was music to our ears because we didn't even get a taste of it during our reception. Brad and Kent did amazing things with the ceremony & reception decorating...it was absolutely more beautiful than I anticipated. Not one time was I interupted with vendor questions....Catering by Robert made our big day seamless and effortless on our part. Great group of people to work with to plan such a stressful and happy occasion. Susan and her team have amazing customer service! Every time I needed Susan, she always answered her phone or email immediately. We were always recognized by our names, instead of "what is your event date again?" Absolutely 100% the best catering in the Tampa Bay area!

So organized and responsive to any suggestions that we may have. They take everything into consideration down to the little details. Everyone is so nice and they can handle anything. The food is by far top notch and your guest will be pleased. They have so many design options and if they don't have it for some reason they will get it some how.

My husband and I could have not been more blessed than the moment we found Catering By Robert. From out first contact with Susan until the wedding day, everything was perfect. From the food to the decorations, Catering By Robert were there to make everything special, unique, and delicious. Our guests raved about the service, the tables, and most importantly the food. Susan and her staff were amazing. Susan took time to answer ALL of my questions and concerns no matter the day or time. She was so understanding of needs as bride planning a wedding out of state. She worked with my budget and created the reception I had been dreaming of. Catering by Robert is by far the best vendor for any bride. They provide much more than just catering. They can handle decor, bar service and coordination. By guests were floored by the entire event and could not stop RAVING about the quality of the food and service. So happy I went with Catering by Robert instead of another local catering business.

At the end of the day, My Reception was amazing!!! Our guest complimented on how attentive the staff was - Brad and the rest of the staff were great. Susan worked closely with my wedding coordinator and ensured that my vision was executed accurately. They also send newsletters giving you a head's up of what to expect and/or avoid on our big day. I heard the food was awesome (I was too excited to eat) I loved the ease of the all inclusive package. I would use them again!

Dear Susan (catering by Robert), I just had to write and let you know how marvelous everything turned out at my sons wedding. I know that up into the day of the event several unexpected changes had to be made, and you handled them with conplete professionalism and were a good sport as well. Having a foreign bride that didn't speak english was a bit of a challenge as well, but a "fusion" wedding was sucessfully executed and the bride & groom were indeed pleased. The food was enjoyed by all, and the table presentations were elegant. And by the way..."kiss the chef!" the salmon was flavorful and moist! (my personal favorite!) Susan and her staff (including Bradley and Kent) with Catering by Robert exceeded my husband and I's expectations. Susan is incredibly organized and efficient in all she does. If you were like me- a bride who wants things done RIGHT and precise, Susan is the woman for you. Her responses via email and phone were prompt. She was business oriented, yet very personable and listened to my thoughts and suggestions. Kent and Bradley were the same - and incredibly creative. Our reception was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. The guests were SO impressed with the catering staff, the way the night was run, the look of the whole place - and of course the FOOD! Everything was delicious. We got the paella, and people LOVED it! The quality was high grade, and the flavors blended so well together. The catering staff was personable and helpful. Our wedding was perfect in every way, and I contribute a big part of it to Susan and her staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! :)

We are so thankful for the fact that we found Catering by Robert for our wedding. Susan worked with us all the way and was very understanding of the fact that I was in school full time and my husbands works crazy hours. She really made sure that our wedding day would be everything and more than we had asked for. The price was just right and the food and staff was amazing. Our guests were all very impressed also. Susan and her staff provided a wedding reception for my grandson that was more beautiful and impressive that we could imagine. The setup of the buffet, guest tables and areas of the hall that were decorated were professionally done and very impressive. The buffet was beautifully displayed and served. The staff was very helpful and professional. We received many phone calls and message from guests commenting on the delicious food and the overall beauty of the event. We highly receommend Catering by Robert. You will not be disappointed.

My experience with Catering By Robert was fantastic. I was a fairly clueless bride and I had to ask a lot of questions through the process and Susan was always quick with a response. The final product, our wedding, was AMAZING!! It was everything we had talked about and more. The food was delicious -- chicken with a mango stuffing, carrots, wild rice and a cranberry walnut salad. I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience. Catering By Robert also did the decorations for the wedding (high-top tables, white billowing curtains, gazebo decoration) and it was stunning. If you are still looking for a caterer in the Tampa area, you can stop right now!

We were so blessed to find Catering by Robert. We were on a budget but didn't want the guests to know and man did choosing them pay off!! Even when we had a couple mishaps with seating cards and other vendors that weren't very responsive to schedule, Susan and her team didn't miss a beat. Catering by Robert did an amazing job on my reception! All of the staff was nice and informative. I am a very indecisive person and they helped narrow down the overwhelming decisions a bride and her groom have to make for their big day! There were times I needed assistance right away and I called my event planner or Susan, and they were always available! I would HIGHLY recommend this caterer to anyone! The food tasting were always amazing and the food we picked for the wedding was a huge hit with our guests! We didn't have a single guest complain about anything! I wanted lime green and zebra print for my decor at the reception and Kent, my event planner found creative ways to incorporate my style and personality into the decor! They were everything I hoped for and I would do it all over again!

I planned our wedding with little help from my fiance because he was deployed at the time. Susan was such a great help with all of my details. She recomended everything from a website to order personalized koozies, a minister to a photographer when I found the one I had hired to be unreliable. Anytime I would email her I would get a reply almost instantly. Vanessa helped me design my tables and Bradley took care of everything at the ceremony. He made sure my bridesmaids and I had everything we needed and even brought champagne and orderves to our room after pictures. There isnt ONE thing that could have been better or that I would change, they truely plan everything down to the smallest detail. I would recomend Catering by Robert to anyone for any event. And I highly recomending upgrading your buffett and getting the shrimp paella... it was amazing!

I found this company through a google search and really lucked out. I started our planning process about 1 year prior that way I could really take time and make our day everything we wanted and more. We met with Susan of Catering By Robert several times and attended a few open houses which was a big reassurance that the company was indeed legitimate and we got to view their work for upcoming clients. It helped build ideas we wanted for our special day but yet she still worked with us to make our event unique and "ours". I later found out that one of the manager's at my office had booked with them for her daughter's wedding and she gave rave reviews which made me feel lucky to have picked them. We had our wedding at a private beach front home and the day was magical. Susan and her team were very professional and accomodating. I did not have to use a planner because she was right on point along with a recommended vendor she suggested, Delite Entertainment. I would highly recommend Catering By Robert to everyone. My husband's best man is getting married in May 10' and they have already booked with Susan for their wedding. Can't wait to see how beautiful their day is! I am so happy I found Susan and her husband! I loved everything from the food to the decorations in the reception venue... Everyone is STILL talking about it!
