A La Carte Event Pavilion

We went with A La Carte after our very first visit to the venue. Lindsay was our wedding planner and she was absolutely fabulous. She is a very detail oriented and meticulous person. The venue is a great blank slate to let your imagination run wild. We had our ceremony in the Great Hall and it looked stunning! Our guests raved about the food and the red velvet cake was incredible. We could not have been happier with this venue from start to finish. The staff was so attentive on the wedding day and knew what I wanted before I did. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience with them

A La Carte did such a wonderful job! I didn't have a single worry the day of our wedding. Our planner, Lindsay, was always on top of everything even when I wasn't. wo thumbs way up! :)

What can I say about A La Carte. This was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our wedding planner, Lindsay, was the best! She was always there to help with a question I had and to provide advice. She was awesome! The chef was fantastic! I asked him to make some different cultural foods to represent my culture and it turned out better than I could have imagined and delicious of course! My wedding turned out exactly how I planned it and how I wanted it! It was gorgeous! One of the biggest perks was that you get an event coordinator, a florist, a caterer, a reception hall, and a wedding planner all at one place. The second biggest perk is that they are all great at their job! I absolutely would recommend A La Carte Event Pavilion to anyone!

When you are planning a wedding, it's really easy to get lost and become overwhelmed with all the details. I have to say that A la Carte took all my stress away and made planning a breeze. Especially since I was a destination bride coming from Texas. They have everything in house, from catering to decor and so much more. It really is amazing now looking back on all that they have done for me. There are so many possibilities, you can be sure your event will be unique and creative and exceed all your expectations! My wedding coordinator was Lindsay Jimison and I can't thank her enough for all her help. She made decision making and all the details so easy for me. She truly made my wedding a special day that I will never forget. A la Carte is the ULTIMATE event pavilion! They are Tampa's BEST! You will not be disappointed because they are professionals and they are experts. Let them handle your event because they will make your vision come to light.

Let me start off by saying this is THE place to get married. The whole staff was amazing. The hall and reception room were beautiful!! My wedding coordinator was Lindsay and she made sure everything went off without a hitch...just about! Luckily, we are a go with the flow type of couple so when the fire alarms starting going off in the middle of the ceremony, it was all we could do to laugh it off. It made for very interesting conversation and everyone thought it was planned at first seeing as how my father is a firefighter! Lindsay promptly fixed the problem and told me that it would be taken care of and it was.. A La Carte refunded us our whole ceremony fee. The rest of the night went off without a hitch. Lindsay was so helpful and knowledgeable. At one point, guests were waiting for our announcement and my mother was having trouble with my bustle. Lindsay came right in and got it done so we could get on our way. The venue for the reception looked absolutely gorgeous and although some brides say it is a bit pricey, we opted for the budget friendly Sunday package and I am SURE our guests think we spent way more than we did. A La Carte really cares about their customers. We got a pre-wedding gift and they took care of everything after the reception was over and gave us gift baskets with champagne and our leftover wedding cake. I was a little nervous at the end of the night. My event manager, Marina (who is also amazing!) was gathering everyone outside for a send off and I was a little afraid of leaving all my belongings behind, but everything was taken care of and back to me safely. The staff doesn't just pay the bride and groom special attention but also the guests. I had a few guests who stayed behind for quite a bit of time to sober up :) The staff had locked up to clean but told them if they needed to use the restroom to just knock and they would let them back in. Overall, my wedding was a perfect success thanks to the amazing staff at A La Carte.

My wedding at A La Carte was beyond anything I could ever dream of. Lindsay took my vision of bringing an outdoor garden wedding inside (due to the unpredictable Florida weather) and made it an absolute dream come true. If you let the staff take over you will NOT be disappointed, they seriously know what they are doing! Everyone told me that something was bound to go wrong and not to worry about it, but honestly I can't think of a single thing I would change.

A La Carte is a one-stop shop for all of your ceremony and reception needs! My wedding and reception were both at ALC. They took care of everything! Decor, flowers, food, linens, lighting, bartending, the cake, set up and break down. I know there are other things I'm forgetting but when I say they do EVERYTHING, I mean they do everything. I was given a wedding coordinator, Lindsay, who took care of all of the details. She was there for all of the planning before the wedding and ran the wedding seamlessly the day of. IF anything DID go wrong the day of, I still have no idea. Everything was in order and my guests were so impressed. They are telling my husband, myself, and others how our wedding was the best they'd ever been to. That means more to me than anyone will ever know.

My husband and I got married at A La Carte in February of this year. From the moment we saw it, we knew it was THE place that we wanted to celebrate our special day. In addition to the beautiful ceremony space and choice of ballrooms, were were given Lindsay, the most AMAZING wedding planner ever! From day one Lindsay helped us decide what we wanted and how we could make our day the very best that it could be within our budget. I decided to be a brave bride and let my husband design our wedding cake with Jonathan and it was beyond amazing. Our guests have repeatedley told us that it was the best wedding that they have ever been too and the most amazing food. Our guests that live in town often say that they wish that they could go back to A La Carte just for dinner. The service was exceptional and there wasn't a moment that went by during the day or night that I didn't feel that Linday wasn't making sure that everything was perfect. I often hear brides say that if they could go back and do it again there are a few things that they would change. I can honestly say that getting married at A La Carte and having Lindsay made my day PERFECT and I wouldn't change a single detail. If you are looking for the perfect place....this is it:)

AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. They do everything at A La Carte... Food, cake, decorating, flowers... And I must say without my coordinator Lori I would've been lost! She was so helpful every step of the way. I would reccomend this place to any future bride. You will not be disapponted!

The entire team at A La Carte were wonderful. Even though I lived a few hours away they made sure I had all of my needs met. The venue is stunning! They really have everything you could ask for. I was even able to order an additional cake less than twenty four hours before the event without any issues. They did more than I could have asked for. Pat has a natural talent as a florist. Lindsay was extremely friendly and kept me up to date with our planning. Devon was the perfect person to speak with in the first stages of our wedding planning and she made everything very comfortable for us. I could not have asked for a better team to trust with the most amazing day of my life!

I had my wedding at A la carte pavilion and it was amazing! I couldn't of asked for a better venue! It's so convenient because everything is in one place including ceremony site, catering, florist and wedding planner. Lindsay was my wedding planner and she truly made our wedding day so special! Our wedding at A La Carte was perfect. It was amazing and beautiful. Our planner made everything so easy from the beginning, and she made sure everything went smoothly the day of. The ceremony and reception were both so beautiful, the food was amazing, and all of our guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever been to. We highly recommend A La Carte Event Pavilion. They are simply the BEST!!!!!

We can't say enough good things about A La Carte. Our wedding planner was awesome! She made sure that everything was perfect and ran smoothly the day of the event. Our favorite part about this venue was that so much was included in the package. We didn't have to worry about hiring a ton of different vendors. Our guests absolutely loved the food

A La Carte Pavilion is a great place to have your ceremony and reception. You can add as little or as much as you want to the ceremony or reception. Included in the service is a wedding planner who basically takes care of everything. You tell them what you want, your colors, what you want your cake to look like and they will do it for you and set it up. All the staff is professional and my wedding planner was always available to me. There is a 20% service fee which is pricey, but my ceremony and reception was so beautiful that it was worth it. The food was great, I had a buffet. There were waiters who would come by and pick up the plates, there were servers for the food at the stations, and the presentation of the food was lovely. I really enjoyed my service and would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I can't express enough how happy we ended up with A La Carte. The place was absolutely breath taking the day of our wedding, our wedding planner Lindsay Jimison couldn't have been more helpful and always so nice to us. The venue itself provides everything you are looking for from flowers, catering, bakery chefs, to literally every detail of things you may not even think of yourself. I strongly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a valued packages, help with the planning details, to an elegant night to remember. We personally couldn't have asked for anything more. Everyone at A La Carte was amazing and friendly to us at all times.

May 30, 2010 was something I thought I could have only dreamt about, but Lindsay and A La Carte made my dream turn into my picture perfect fairytale wedding. PERFECT is the only word that comes to mind! The venue offers the ability to create your own reception room, no two weddings alike. It allows you to let your unique style and individuality shine through on your wedding day. My guests raved about the food. They also were wonderful in accomadating my guests who had food allergies (gluten free & shellfish) and dietary restrictions due to religion (Kosher). I not only recommend the A La Carte but I encourage you to take a tour and fall in love, just like I did. After all, what little girl doesn't dream about their wedding day and they can make it a reality!

I have nothing but good things to say about Lindsay, Pat, Corina, Amy, and the entire staff my husband and I worked with at A la Carte. They brought our vision to life and our wedding day was truly magical. We'd do it all over again if we could. It was such a great experience we'll remember forever...and the food rocks! You will get everything you ever wanted and more from the amazing staff at this first class venue. It was absolutely a perfect wedding!

A La Carte was a perfect location for our March wedding. The ceremony in the great hall was breath taking and made for such beautiful pictures. We used the outside patio for our cocktail hour and bar set-up and they decorated it wonderfully with hanging lit lanterns and fabric treatments. Our ceremony room was the perfect combination of elegance and rich colors incorporated with our beautiful tabel linens, floor lighting and ceiling drapery. The water and park area in the back of the building gave us great photo opportunities as well as the stairway in the front. Lori, my coordinator was so helpful and really made sure everything was done perfectly. I had a very detailed wedding, and there was attention given to everything from the favors to the place cards to the candles. A La Carte made our Wedding the perfect, beautiful wedding we wanted!

I had originally hired a wedding planner, prior lo booking with a la carte, but with them having a coordinator arranged with you thru out the whole process you really don’t need a planner. They did a fabulous job, everybody said how amazing the food was, which was my concern cause allot of places that do big parties, give you a great presentation prior but then the day of the event is not the same, well I tough the food was perfect. Overall my experience was great, cause my only downfall was the dress I had and that had nothing to do with them J so I am very pleased with A la carte.

Having my wedding reception at A La Carte Pavilion was the best thing I could have done. We had our cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the water followed by reception in the terrace salon. Lori, our wedding planner, was great at keeping within our budget. It was like she made something we paid $1 for look like we paid $500 for it. Also, the service during dinner was on point and made our guests feel catered to and special. We couldn't have made a better choice. Many of our guests still talk about our wedding reception and how it was something they will not forget and want for their kids.
