The Vision of Flowers-by-Design is to become the finest special event and holiday decorating company in Tampa Bay through customer focused teamwork, excellence in design talent and providing an exceptionally high quality experience for our clients.

Through our personal leadership, sound work ethics, and conscientious good-will, we maintain integrity to follow through with what has been promised. We value our design teams and their contributions; and encourage employee feedback to achieve Total Quality Management on all levels.
