Just need someone to stuff envelopes or address "Thank Yous?" Yup we do that! This is for the planner who has everything together but doesn’t have time to put all those fantastic favors together, label all the place cards and tie all that ribbon. Sometimes you just need a little help and an extra set of hands to get the job done and push you across the finish line.
Hourly Consultations
Some people just don’t know where to start planning an event. If this is the case, we offer consultation sessions where we can help you find the vendors you need and plan what steps to take next. If you’re a do-it-yourselfer but just need to be set in the right direction, our by the hour consultations are for you! We’ll make sure you have everything you need to get going, and if you need help along the way we’re here for that too! First consultation is free with the booking of any other package or with the booking of 10 or more hours of consultation.
"Day Of" Coordination
Perhaps you’ve planned out your whole event but want to be able to enjoy it and relax instead of running around trying to locate where the caterer is and why the flowers haven’t arrived yet. NO PROBLEM! Coach Couture can run your whole event the day of and make sure everything goes off without a hitch so you get to truly enjoy your day! We’ll even throw in a couple of planning sessions to make sure everything is on track and planned just the way you want it.
Custom Event DesignIf you’re like most people there just aren’t enough hours in the day to figure out where to start let alone plan the entire event. That’s where we come in. Over the course of your planning period we’ll meet to discuss options, help you make decisions when needed, answer etiquette questions, find the vendors that suit you, get the products you want, and make sure everything is perfect and just the way you envision it. We can help with decor, favors, stationery, locations, transportation, accommodations for out-of-towners, you name it we can help! For your once in a lifetime event, let a professional handle the details to make certain it turns out perfectly.
